Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?

We ship from Ontario, Canada

Estimated shipping times:
• Canada: 1–5 business days
• USA: 5–8business days

 

What is your processing time?

1-3 days.

 

Do I need to pay any customs fees?

No — we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional customs fees upon delivery.

 

Do you offer customization?

If your dog’s neck falls between sizes, please feel free to contact me for a custom fit.

 

Do you accept returns?

As each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. However, please feel free to contact me with any questions—I’ll do my best to help!
